With the myDentaQuest mobile app, you can:
Download your ID card.
No need to request a printed version of your card. You can view and share an electronic ID card right from your phone, send it to your dentists office via text or email and save it to your phones digital wallet.
Find a dentist near you.
Locate a dentist you’re already familiar with or search for a new dentist in your area. You can filter results by office hours, language and those that are accepting new patients.
Change your Main Dentist.
You won’t have to call Member services to make this change.
